Multiple Event Coaching with Darren Wensor
Multiple event development coaching (i.e. running, jumping and throwing) with a focus on long-term development and age appropriate skills, speed, agility, strength, and power is available every Tuesday 5.30pm - 7.00pm at Kingsdene Oval with Darren Wensor for athletes in the Little Athletics age groups of Under 9 to Under 11.

Bookings are essential and there is a cost of $15 per athlete per session for the coaching. Athletes who undertake these sessions join a group and therefore reserve a place to attend each session. A weekly commitment is expected.
