TRAINING:

WEDNESDAY NIGHT TRAINING - Kingsdene Oval
6:00pm to 7:00pm

This training will be focused on general fitness. Join some of our Under 17 athletes for some fun and fitness.

THURSDAY NIGHT TRAINING - Kingsdene Oval
6:00pm to 7:00pm

This training will be event specific and focus on refining technique. Each week will focus on different events. Events on offer will be advised via Facebook and Instagram

PLEASE HELP:

Little Athletics is a sport that relies heavily on parent involvement. There's a lot to do and we need everyone's help.
