Welcome to North Rocks Carlingford Little Athletics Centre

North Rocks Carlingford Little Athletics Centre (NRCLAC) is a fun, inclusive community where children aged 4 to 19 can run, jump, throw, build confidence and make lifelong friendships.

We compete on Saturday mornings from September to March at Kingsdene Oval, Carlingford, welcoming athletes of all abilities — from those trying athletics for the first time through to athletes pursuing representative opportunities.

Whether your child is looking to learn new skills, have fun with friends, achieve personal bests or pursue representative competition, there's a place for them at NRCLAC.
