GROUND SET-UP?
One of the biggest jobs each week is setting up all our equipment before competition. We have a roster (HERE) for parents to assist with setting up the oval. Parents who are rostered are required to meet at the clubhouse at 7.25am.
CANTEEN ROSTER?
Each week a nominated age group is responsible for supplying parents to help in the canteen. The roster is HERE. Your group's Age Manager will ask you to volunteer when necessary.
WET WEATHER?
We do proceed in light rain.
If it is raining heavily and the competition is cancelled we will post notification on our website and Facebook page by 7.30am.
If City of Parramatta closes the ground due to saturation, there is a council website listing Kingsdene Oval HERE.
