They are athletes who lead by example, uphold our values, and inspire those around them through their commitment, sportsmanship and passion for athletics. As ambassadors for the club, our captains support younger athletes, promote a positive club culture, and proudly represent NRCLAC both on and off the field.

how are club captains selected?
Athletes within the senior age groups are invited to apply for Club Captain positions. Applications are reviewed by the committee, with appointments based on:
- Leadership qualities
- Sportsmanship
- Commitment to NRCLAC
- Positive role modelling
- Contribution to the club community
