UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS

Age Managers will make sure all NRCLAC athletes are wearing the correct uniform...
Every athlete must wear:
  • NRCLAC singlet or crop-top
  • Plain black shorts or NRCLAC bike pants
  • Enclosed shoes appropriate for physical activity

EACH YEAR THERE ARE NEW PATCHES TO SEW ON:

Athlete Registration Number
  • Must be placed on the centre of the shirt, singlet or crop-top.  
  • The red border must be visible - do not cut it off. It can be covered by the Age Patch - as long as the McDonalds logo is visible.
Age Patch
  • Must be placed on the top left-hand side of the top.  The Coles logo must be visible


**NB - Black Shorts or NRCLAC Lycra Pants
  • We compete in plain black shorts, plain black bike pants or NRCLAC bike pants (with the 2 colour panel).
  • Skins (or other branded compression garments) may be worn under standard uniform and must finish above the knee.
  • As we no longer keep stock of black shorts, we recommend picking up plain black shorts from Kmart / Best & Less / Target etc.

​Spikes
  • Spikes are not compulsory.
  • Running spikes are only allowed for athletes in the U11 age group and above.  
  • U13 and older are allowed spikes in long distance (non-laned) races, ie, no spikes in distance events for U11 and U12.
