Age Managers are one of the most important volunteer roles at NRCLAC. Each age group has a dedicated Age Manager who guides athletes through the weekly competition program and acts as the primary point of contact for families throughout the season.

WHAT DOES AN AGE MANAGER DO?Age Managers welcome new families, organise athletes between events, explain competition procedures, communicate important updates, coordinate weekly volunteers, and manage the Age Group WhatsApp chat.

WHAT AGE MANAGERS DON'T DOAge Managers are volunteers responsible for managing large groups of athletes. While they provide encouragement and guidance, they are not able to provide individual coaching during competition. Athletes seeking technique instruction or event-specific coaching should attend the club's optional training sessions.
