REGION WRAP-UP

NRCLAC had a very successful 2019 Region 5 Championships at Narrabeen last weekend.

We were well represented  by 118 athletes - a record for the club (an increase from 101 last year), competing in 311 events. We had some great results over the two days. Thank you for giving it your best and doing it with a smile.

Our medal tally finished at 9 Gold, 16 Silver, and 14 Bronze.

Girls:  Gold 0 Silver 2 Bronze 4
Boys: Gold 5 Silver 4 Bronze 3

FIELD
Girls: Gold 1 Silver 6 Bronze 3
Boys: Gold 3 Silver 4 Bronze 4

RELAY: 1 Bronze.

Congratulations to our Junior Boys' Relay team (Oliver, Finn, Benji, and Sammy) winning the bronze. Thank you to Annika for coaching the relays.

Thank you to the parents who did their helper duties.

Thank you to the NRCLAC Officials who helped run the carnival.
