Behind every competition day is a team of volunteers who help make NRCLAC possible. From committee members and Age Managers to officials, coaches, canteen volunteers and parents helping with events, hundreds of volunteer hours are contributed each season to provide a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience for athletes and families.
Many of our volunteers started as parents supporting their own children and have become an important part of the NRCLAC community. On Saturday mornings, committee members can usually be identified by their blue club shirts. f you have a question, need assistance, or aren't sure who to speak to, a committee member is always happy to help. |
OFFICIALS
Officials play a vital role in athletics competitions at every level. NRCLAC is proud to have a large number of accredited officials who support not only our weekly club competitions, but also Zone Championships, Region Championships, State Championships and other Little Athletics NSW events. Our officials help ensure competitions are conducted safely, fairly and in accordance with competition rules. Many began as parents volunteering at club competitions before completing official accreditation and becoming an integral part of the athletics community. Interested in becoming an official? Training and accreditation opportunities are available throughout the season.
VOLUNTEERS
NRCLAC has been built by generations of volunteers who have contributed their time, skills and passion to support young athletes and their families. We recognise and celebrate those who have made an outstanding contribution to our club through leadership, service, officiating and long-term commitment.
